Negotiation Conference and Schranner Negotiation Institute are committed to educating both male and female executives to accelerate the process of establishing diverse negotiating teams in their organizations.
Diversity should not be separative; it should encourage men and women to unite and empower each other in negotiations.
With our new “She’s the Negotiator” initiative, we want to empower women and see them negotiate with confidence, power, and a play-to-win mentality. The workshop will offer mind-provoking panel discussions, negotiation strategies, and top-tier networking opportunities.
